Do Plastic Suction Cups Stick To Plastic

A rational solution

Last night I went to the cinema to see the Swedish film" a rational solution. "Maybe I thought I would finally explained BERGSBO assembly of the library, and instead I found myself watching two couples in crisis, seeking a rational solution to restore the status quo destroyed by the sudden outbreak of passion between the hero and the wife of his best friend.

no getting around saying that photography is very nice and treated in its blue filters, the actors are perfect and the atmosphere is dramatically alienating, the truth is just this: from yesterday in case you decide to commit suicide ... well I would do it in Sweden!

The science of Kriya Yoga, Paramahamsa interview Hariharananda

Paramahamsa Hariharananda is one of the most famous yogi to the world's most famous contribution to the knowledge
kriya yoga in the West. Laris
published author " Kriya Yoga", an influential ancient science of this Treaty.

We present here a brief interview. _______________________________________

Question: Can you give me a smattering correct the myth kundalini?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: The kundalini shakti is in the center of the coccyx, wrapped in coils. As long as you can not withdraw this divine power from the center of the coccyx and to do so back to the top of the head, exactly where is the fontanel in infants, you can not feel it, I realize God

The method of achieving this goal is not taught in churches or temples.

Man has two bodies: the visible and invisible. The body is an illusion and it is always visible in the jungle of the matter. The invisible body is real. Trying to cultivate the invisible body visible through the physical body, you will get awareness of the inner self, you will perceive and realize God

Question: Is it dangerous traced the energy of kundalini, kundalini shakti?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: As far as I know, none of those who practice the technique of Kriya Yoga has never had a problem.

Question: What does Kriya Yoga?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: Through your activities, you can feel the unity between body and soul: this is the real yoga: Kriya Yoga.

Question: What is the technique of Kriya Yoga?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: If you want to know what it takes to be a doctor, you go to college and enroll in medical school. But if you stay out of the building university and ask: "Doctor, how do we operate on a patient?", You can never learn to be a good doctor. If you want to know the technique of Kriya Yoga, sit down with me and tell me you're ready to learn. I'll teach you the technique and you will feel right away, thanks to the Divine Master made contact, the inner light, the sound of Om and the divine vibrations throughout the body.

Question: What is the difference between calm and divine level?

Hariharananda Paramahamsa: until you reach the level of tranquility, you can not reach the divine plan, then, in a sense, calm and divine level are the same thing. To get to the peaceful applications, and through you to your commitment you will get the knowledge.

Question: What is the cause of visions that tell of moles have during meditation?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: People talk about angels and many other fantasies, but it is only imagination and hallucination. We must go beyond this, beyond all thought, beyond the emotions and hallucinations: only then can you perceive the self, you can feel the soul in you is infinite and all-pervasive. The feeling of being, comes from, so you're not a limited or insignificant person. The physical body is limited, but the invisible body is infinite and eternal. It contemplates only perceive this invisible body, infinite and all-pervasive and not to do other experiments. The greatest success in life is to recognize that the soul resides in you, as you become immortal.

Question: There are angels?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: I'm an angel, I am the devil, I am a Monaco, I am a pervert. In this universe, everyone is an angel, if angel prepares its own field. It never occurred to find an angel? You have only heard talk of angels, is not it? Then, do good to forget about

Question: Yogananda in "Autobiography of a Yogi" wrote that other teachers have materialized and appeared before him. It is imagination or really happens?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: A scientist can invent a phone or an airplane. For me it is impossible, because in this field are a fool. A scientist has given us the opportunity to speak by phone with people in the most remote locations. It is imagination? Paramahamsa Yogananda was deeply divine and had a lot of power. Shriyukteshwarji has materialized in front of him many times. These are facts. If you hear it, I will say that is nonsense, but I have seen Shriyukteshvarji Ashram in Puri after his death, not only I but many other people.

Question: Yoganandaji came to America long ago. Why did you come so you of tar?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: Paramahamsa Yogananda was in 1920. I started traveling to India from 1960 to 1975, when I received from Babaji Maharaj to the divine order to spread the Kriya Yoga sincere researchers around the world, I began to travel

Question: What do you mean campground?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: Suppose I have a bucket and need to transport the milk. If there are holes in the bucket, when I get home, I realize to have lost all the milk down the street. Accommodation is presented with a concentrated mind: that you need to repair the holes in the "bucket" of mind and try to remember everything exactly as you are taught at the time of initiation.
Question: What is' karma?

Paramahamsa Hariharananda: Karma means action, both physical and mental. Every action leaves its imprint in the subconscious mind and has a positive or negative effect on a person's life. The impressions of the actions of past lives are stored in the super-consciousness and germinate in a suitable condition. For conditions which means the inner environment which, together with the external environment, govern the actions of a person. Karma is divided into three categories - Samca, and prarabdha kriyamana. Samca is the karma of previous lives, the median stored in the brain: they are the seeds that have not yet sprouted. Prarabdha is the karma of past lives that led to our present life. Kriyamana is the karma that we are accumulating in this life and bearing fruit in the lives that will sprout later.

Healing from the Past Interview with Manuel Schoch

Healing in an instant, za sen having to go to understand the trauma past, injury or hidden anxieties.

Everything is possible under Manuel Schoch, a psychologist and mystic Switzerland via
or what has become known as the "treatment of time."

This pioneer of the Swiss alternative medicine for over 30 years he carefully observed the human energy system to find a holistic approach in large to transform our habitual patterns of behavior.

combining awareness to natural processes of energy, "therapy time" is a very direct approach to focus on the potential of the individual rather than to go fishing the traumas of the past as does the traditional psychotherapy. Through specific meditation techniques Schoch shows a new way of understanding healing.

-Schoch was the founder of the 'Analytic Center of Zurich and the founder and director of' Hiho-Collective, an anti-psychiatric institution well known in the 70s. He later created the Center for Human Growth Tune In Zurich, London, and Athena, spreading the "treatment of time." He has also taught at the University of Zurich.

We present here a taste of the book published by Laris " Healings radical" .

The mechanism of thought

Thought and the quality

The aspect that concerns the quality of the soul is the first thing that na-sce with the body and brain in operation. In the first two years of life gradually develops the ability to think and as we grow and use the thought, that is, the more you develop the ability to think, our thoughts tend to hide and repress quality.
When you examine the thought and the mechanism of its operation, must be avoided to activate it. It seems difficult, but it will be helpful to recall that the thought is a description of something, and
no prospect that the future is fear. If we take the analogy of a painter and his painting, the future without perspective is like standing in front of a blank canvas, with brushes and colors ready, but not knowing what to paint. When the future prospects there is no fear, which comes in the form of thoughts.
On the other hand, look at the future prospects mean that we are alive and vital, because we know what to paint and it only remains to do so. Here there is no fear, there's only action in the non-action, and you lose yourself away from him, which does not mean to go to something or someone, but to the pre-future.
thought we dominated. Everything so far has been created by man, from airplanes, paintings, and even this book, was born with the process of thought. Most of us believe that the brain is used to think but, as we have said before, ninety percent of the brain is involved in the physiological maintenance of the body, while only ten percent is used for thinking.

The keys to the inner freedom
Inner freedom is concerned that part of us that is accountable only to itself. In reality there is no freedom internal or external - for inner freedom means that the world does not affect social or political - in the outside world because there is never complete freedom to do what you want. We spend a lot of time preoccupation of the things that about the world, and it is difficult to feel free in the sense of being happy and at peace. When we actually going to be quiet because there is nothing special happening, the mind is not able to immediately relax and say, "That's what I wanted." What really happens when we try this kind of peace and freedom?

Obstacles to inner freedom
First, we feel uncomfortable, then bored, and finally, let's be honest, we are afraid. If we continually look to the inner freedom, peace, peace and happiness, because when we find we are assailed by fear? You have to understand what means, from the biological point of view, to a state of being where there is freedom, so it is necessary to consider the serious problem of addiction, not alcohol or drugs as epinephrine, a problem that
affects us all.
Bearing in mind that the mind and body can not be separated, we see that the mind needs constant work to give us the illusion of being awake. We feel more compassion for those who suffer
for those who are happy and content. The films, television programs and sports raise our level of adrenaline.
imagine for a moment that you are lying on the bed and feel very relaxed, no matter to everything that happens in our lives. The best way to increase the level of adrenaline is to care for themselves or for someone else, that's why many of
problems that afflict us are not real, they are just a way to run the adrenalin.
When adrenaline levels go up we feel awake, alive, aware, but is not the state was referring to Buddha is artificial and also addictive. As soon as we feel well-metaphorical fall asleep
mind, the shoes fit perfectly when I could not feel my feet, that is, we are aware of the body only when something is wrong.
In 1991 during the Gulf War, when Iraq fired missiles Israel, it was discovered that three days after the first attack, died of natural causes were increased forty-five percent. In the following week but returned to normal, the victims did not live even close to the bombed area, but in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, and it was very unlikely that a missile could reach them. This shows that the brain and its powers of visualization are able to create enough stress to cause irreparable damage to the body, and that the brain has the ability to concentrate and affect the possibility of death, without so much as we are aware of what happens.
If our adrenaline level is too high or too low, there is a problem. There are countless other examples of how the mind can influence the time of death, and how we manage the fear, worries el'assuefazione adrenaline. That's why it is so difficult to achieve inner freedom, the mind is addicted to adrenaline, in other words we are psychologically addicted to fear. We would all be free from fear, but when there is, we feel uncomfortable.
When there are more concerns we are in a state of rest, but my mind will protest saying that there is something wrong.

The art of dying or exit time
If we learn to die to live, we must train ourselves to enter in contact with the Observer timeless. As we have seen, the knowledge exists only in the absence of the descriptive process. When we are aware of something, this is already part of the past, but if we begin to describe what happens, the flow of our energy is blocked. I have identified six areas to be used as a guide for observing this process within ourselves.
Mind consciousness is moving at a slower pace of the energy body or consciousness outside the body, thus avoiding having to stop the flow by focusing on what happens. Since the mental consciousness is awareness
more description, when we become aware of something, not descriviamolo, but we are aware and simply let it becomes a force of transformation.
remember that aggression is always a symptom of fear, fear is a sign of sorrow and sadness for the bridge is love.
If aggression is always a symptom of a symptom of this fear and sadness, descriptions or interpretations do not serve us. Awareness without descriptions is possible and the only one that allows direct observation; proceed from here on it becomes much easier.
When the mind comes into play trying to describe the root of thinking, produce new thinking. We try to focus on the process, not the content. You can reach the root of the thought stopping only to produce descriptions; meditation is just that. We have never a thought, even if everything is not manifest in other words, although there are many thoughts in the background of our mind, only one is dominant.

Sandra Heber Percy to Paramahamsa Prajnanananda

Sandra Heber Percy interview the famous yogi master Paramahamsa Prajnanananda the most important issues of spirituality.

__________________________________________________________

Sandra - What is' the essence of every religion?

Paramaham know Prajnanananda - The essence of every religion is a personal experience of the Divine, which becomes possible through spiritual discipline. The term sadhana means any spiritual practice that allows the researcher to realize God and is the method by which you can achieve the purpose of life - the goal - and assumes a form of discipline aimed at this particular purpose. In the field of religion, sadhana includes all religious practices, ceremonies and the rituals that lead to the realization of spiritual truths: we can therefore say that sadhana is the practical aspect of religion. Between religion and spirituality is very little difference.

Sandra - start with the best-known texts: What is the meaning of the Bhagavad Gita? What is the essence of his teaching?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - The Bhagavad Gita is a song. The Gita is the song of God, one of the most famous texts of the Hindu tradition, in which Krishna, an incarnation of Vishnu, which we believe, explains to Arjuna the meaning of the eternal principle of right action, of moral duty. The Gita teaches that the Absolute, the Brahman, is perfect harmony and the sense of separation or not free (or you have to attain liberation) only arises because we ignore the real nature of the self. Nevertheless, thanks to the discrimination of knowledge, we can realize the Self.
When our eyes are no longer dazzled by the idea of matter, there apriaremo the light of knowledge and discover that there is nothing inanimate. Everything is the manifestation of Brahman, at the same time is vital energy, mind, knowledge, bliss, divine energy and life. The world and all its objects have been created to be lived and inhabited by the Lord. The realization is in the ability to recognize the presence of absolute principle, every event, every action, every thought in one's self and others. God can be likened to a circle whose center is everywhere and whose circumference is nowhere, for God is evident everywhere.

Sandra - What are the different schools of thought that teach the Vedanta?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - The three main doctrines of the Advaita Vedanta of Adi Sankara are [approximately 788-820 AD], the Vishishta Advaita [non-qualified dualism] by Ramanujam [about 1200 AD] and Dwaita [dual] Madhwa of [approximately 1300 AD]. The school of Advaita or nonduality is the oldest and most commonly accepted. Vedanta, is equivalent to the teachings of Adi Shankara.

Sandra - Can you explain the meaning of the term "Advaita."

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - The word "Advaita" comes from the Sanskrit word "Dvait", "two, dual, preceded by the prefix" a ", which means" negation ". Then Advaita means "not two, non-dual" and refers to the unit value, which does not allow any duality.

Sandra - The word "philosophy" means love and the pursuit of wisdom and knowledge. It is correct that the Vedanta ADAV simply a philosophy, or is it different from all other philosophies?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - There is a fundamental difference between the Vedanta and other philosophies. Vedanta in the search for truth is not the ultimate goal, after knowing the truth in fact, one must live it and become the truth itself. The Vedanta is the study of our true nature, the essence of humanity and all creation. Its goal is to liberate human beings from ignorance that makes them feel inadequate and limited. It can not be classified simply as a philosophy or a school of thought, but rather should be considered a direct transmission of knowledge of self.

Sandra - What are the three fundamental principles of Advaita Vedanta of Sankaracharya?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - are

1) Brahma Satyam, only the Ultimate Reality is real.

2) Jagat Mithya: the universe is unreal.

3) Jivo Brahmaiva Na Parah: the individual self (no more than the Ultimate Reality, the Absolute).

Although the Ultimate Reality is the Source of the Universe, does not constitute an intrinsic part. To understand this concept, we use a classical analogy. Consider the relationship between the sun and its reflection on a lake: it is clear that the sun is the source of this reflection, but continues to exist even without it. Similarly, as the sun is the only true source of this reflection, as the Ultimate Reality is the only source of the entire universe, which is a reflection.

Sandra - The sun's reflection on the lake there, but it is unreal, because the "true reality" that generates it is the light of the sun. The second claim, "the universe is unreal "is intended to express this concept?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - The second principle of the doctrine of non Shankaracharya says that the universe does not exist, but exists only as a reflection of sunlight on water. Without the sun there would be no reflection and no Ultimate Reality there would be no universe. Just as the sun is independent of what happens to its reflection, the Ultimate Reality is not affected by what happens in the universe, although it is the source.

Sandra - And the third?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - The third principle of Shankara reminds us that our own individual is a direct manifestation of Ultimate Reality. The Self is the cause and source of the body and mind, as well as the Ultimate Reality is the source of the entire universe, the self is not an intrinsic part of anything, as the sun is not an intrinsic part of her reflection. It is always present, beyond the illusory appearances, caused by the activities and modifications of the mind. When the veil of illusion is removed, the self is experienced directly and because it is a direct manifestation of Ultimate Reality, it also has direct experience of the latter.

Sandra - Can you give me an explanation of Brahman?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda -
The whole system of Advaita Vedanta can be summed up in this form to:

Brahma Satyam Jagan mithyā jiva brahma iva nāparam.

which states that the Absolute is the only reality: the world is an illusion individual soul is not different from the Absolute, in fact they are identical. The world is a creation of the illusory nature, a superimposition of the "Absolute himself. Because of so much confusion that I like to call ignorance, but only momentary blindness, the incarnated soul imagines to be different from the Source, the Absolute Brahman, and lives well in a world of plurality, to be considered a separate entity. The truth is that everything can not be anything but the very substance of the Absolute Brahman, since all creation is a manifestation superimposed on itself, like a movie projected on the screen, there is deluded to live a story and dialogues. The momentary forgetfulness of who we really are, disappears with the dawn of knowledge, with the return of memory.
The illusory nature of the world, is experienced after reaching a certain level of achievement. This fact is considered very important by Shri Shankara because the experience was very vivid for him. This illusory nature, maya is the cosmic game of God, the lila. According to many scholars, the term includes the idea of Maya lila and surpasses it. God is one, but this unit is not limited and therefore I can look like when I want variety. Outside of the cosmic manifestation, God transcends the definitions and can not be described either as one or as many, is limited and unlimited, without a second, and all that is perceived is God This is the teaching of the Upanishads that also argue that the limited el'illimitato, one without a second and whatever we perceive is nothing more than that usually define the term God or Consciousness. The World His manifesto is the game of infinite consciousness in its aspect, so too is real. There atro outside of consciousness. Everything is God

Brahman can not be explained in words nor conceived by the mind. It can not be described as beyond all description. Can be expressed only by the word sat-cit-ananda, existence, consciousness and bliss. It is both personal and impersonal. It is called
antaryami, the Soul of souls, and also the creative energy, prakriti, as only the Absolute has the inner power immanent. Being transcendental, beyond the universe. He is the creator, the supporter and the destroyer of this universe, and these functions are symbolized by Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva respectively. It is the source of everything and the end of it all, the object of devotion inspirer of morality. In short, God is everything.

Sandra - I am the Absolute or are used as an instrument of God?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - depends on identifying: If you identify with the body and mind, you're a tool, an object. In reality we are not aware of individual wave separated from the sea of cosmic consciousness, but we are the same ocean of consciousness, and we consider so individual only because of ignorance. The spirit of God became man, and then the man is the ocean of Cosmic Consciousness, God Himself. The true nature of man is this self-knowing, the witness changeless change of body, mind and external world. The Self is the only constant factor in humans and integrates all physical and mental factors into a coherent whole, coordinating the various functions of the body, mind and other organs. Maintains the identity of the man despite all the changes in the inner and outer worlds. Man is essentially spirit, bright and self-sufficient. The Kena Upanishad (1:2) states: "It is The life of every life. " This
true self makes a person aware of his individuality and diversity of the world. It is this awareness that distinguishes him from non-sentient beings. It is self-evident and needs no proof. The immortality of the self, atma, is described in detail in the Gita. The knowledge of the immortality of the self dissolves all fear of death, for fear of death is not nothing but a clinging to the ego with all the consequences of anxiety, fear and suffering. The desire for worldly pleasures, leading to the reincarnation of the self, can be overcome through knowledge and the disappearance of desires leads to immortality. The immortality of the self can be achieved through meditation on the scientific technique of Kriya Yoga: This is the paradise within.

Sandra - A very common question: what 'death?

Paramaham know Prajnanananda - Death is not the end of an individual, just as birth is not the beginning. What then is death? The event of death means that the Self (along with the subtle body that includes the mind with all its impressions) leaves the physical body and in that moment the mental impressions become the seeds of future births. To decide on the future birth is the last thought that emerges before his death, because every thought, and therefore also the last, is shaped by the prevailing desires in life, so the desires are the root of birth and death.

Sandra - What hides our reality?

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda - The different waves that arise in the memory (chitta) hide the self, but you can hear a faint reflection of the self in these waves that cover it. These waves are samskaras (the sum of the impressions of our past actions). The true nature of the self can not be achieved as long as it remains just one wave in the lake of memory, chitta. Once all the waves subside, the yogi reaches nirvikalpa samadhi or the state of absence of karmic seeds, a level which can be reached when the shares are no longer included in the subconscious impressions and therefore cease to be links. In this state all the veils are lifted, we perceive the Self that shines in His own glory, and we understand that is not an aggregation of elements, but the basis of being eternal. As ever, the Self can not be born or die, is immortal, indestructible, imperishable is the essence of intelligence.

Healing in the truth of what we

Question-Before going into the contents of libvro am very interested to hear the person IUU, Chuck Hillig (though there are many fans who say that Advaita No one there). In the "world del'Advaita" we learn that everything is perfect it is ... here and now. There are many stop right by teachers of advaita that say "Stop! Do not change Do not look for happiness! odve remains six." What do you think?

Chuck: Well, just because everything is perfect, does not mean that things do not seem to change gear. Who you really are, of course, does not change and can never change. Who do you think you are, however (as well as what you do not think you are) seem to change a lot. But life unfolds from a perfect moment to another ... and yet, incredibly, every little micro-seconds is too perfect. Do you understand yourself the instant give up your ideas of "perfect". You see, without that idea of perfection, perfection is like now things are exactly. While all the times that cover what is with your idea of perfection, this sovraimposizione create a tension and friction feed your persistent illusion of separation. Beautidine and happiness are your own nature, there is no reason to go out and look for something that you already have (and six). Remember though, that even though each moment is perfect, it is said to be comfortable. The body will seek pleasure and avoid pain automaticamemte. But it does not mean that whatever happens to you it will be perfect for what is presesnte here and now. Life is as it is because, in every single moment, can not simply be in any other way.

therapy is to find the courage to be who you are already ".

Question: So why deal with family and marital relations? Is there any separation between the person and the 'be' the void? There are differences in the stadiums in which people need treatment and which do not have?

Chuck: Our deeper relationship can be a gold chalice or cauldron of iron. We are all cooked in a melodrama made by ourselves until we become softer and malleabii. Marriage is an opportunity to deepen our compassion, love and forgiveness. Since our wedding is a reflection of who we are, the guru is appearing to us as the Beloved. In our neurotic need to dominate and control the other (all based on fear), often do not appreciate the gifts that our most important relationships we bring, we should really learn to honor and respect their contribution to our own development. Your wife is like it is because of the way you are. And just like in school, you do not always like what you learn. Remember, none of this, no matter how crazy life can be, is happening to you. In each case, therapy is not about feeling "better." The treatment concerns the tell the truth. This is to hear whatever you're feeling and find the courage to be who you already.

short: a good therapist helps you to grow and create better dreams. A Satguru, however, helps you wake up and stop dreaming.

Question: Although this interview about your books peremttemi to return to what you said before. You said that the therapy say about the poverty. But I think the truth is the realm of what we really are and not what we think we esesre. The truth we find in the Satsang is the same truth that you find in Therapy?

Chuck: Well, the only Laver (with a capital) that really is real absolute truth, and will not change anything because it can not ever change. And 'what it is. The absolute truth as truth manifests itself as on the Great Illusion. When we begin to tell the story of "what is". The truth depends on remembering the past or imagine a future. It shows only in a dualistic world of opposites, stratification, values (eg. Ethics) and of course the five senses. In particular, the truth actually arises when there is a point of view (such as an "Observer" notes that a "noted"), an absolute truth, on the other hand, has an opposite simply because it is unable to adopt a single point of view about anything. Or, more accurately, you could say that the Absolute maintains all veit the possible points of view, because, ultimately, the Absolute truth is only "as is".

When we speak from the heart with truth in this micro-moment of now, then we are talking direattamente (and) "what is". On the other hand, when we move from the present moment of Now, in the past or the future, start talking in relative terms because the truth is now described in terms of ego.

Customers are able to heal in the therapy when they find the courage to fully embrace the absolute poverty on themselves .... warts and all ... in this single moment, now. "
