Goldfish Big Bump On Head

Conference sull'Advaita and contemporary spirituality

In recent years, the Advaita Vedanta (nonduality) collected 's interest of researchers not only standing, but also people new to the world
of spirituality and meditation.
This was possible thanks to
partners who could respond to the questions and issues typical of our era, as the need to find balance and peace in daily life
often chaotic and stressful.
is the theme of a conference organized by ' Light Association and publisher Laris to be held November 2 to 21 at the Auditorium in San Sisto Via Carlo Alberto Bergamo (Colognola district).

These items are of modern masters like Ramesh Balsekar , Tony Parsons and others who
although in line with the tradition of Advaita Vedanta,
speak a Western language and approach are related with a non-religious and not philosophical
fundamental questions about life and ourselves.

No gradual process, no state to be achieved, no purification required. The truth that every spiritual seeker search, the answer to the question "Who am I?" In fact this is already 100% but is ignored by becoming identified with the body-mind with the ego. The fact that teachers of Advaita indicate that awareness is what we are observing this question. The answer to this eternal question is I 'that just shows every so a, an "I" which is pure consciousness, devoid of any attribute or quality and therefore able to detect any occurrence of any possible quality, both ostensibly inner and outer. In recognition of this identity of ours, this original nature of our Being, the false identity dissolves. What is the ego dissolves, or the concept of being a separate body-mind, a researcher spiritual, or more generally an individual. In other words the answer to the question "Who am I?" door at the end not only of research but the researcher himself.

Enlightenment or awakening is therefore this realization, namely that there is a researcher, but only as an action research happens in the void of Being. Thus ends the search, not because it receives a conclusion, but because they recognize that it is located, continues and ends in that 'I' eternal truth that is sought.

The conference will also attend Bodhi AVAS , awakened teacher who shares the recognition of the self for over 40 years with seminars and meetings held in Europe, the United States and Canada. It will be possible for participants to ask questions directly to the vision of Advaita AVAS.

AVAS, the ordinariness of a Buddha

"It is one uninterrupted consciousness."

In a simple, ordinary and direct Bodhi AVAS shares a message that it is the same as any other teacher, or what you are is Consciousness, that lives through all forms.

averse to any kind of spiritual hierarchy typical of the traditional master-disciple relationship, AVAS disassemble any kind of label you put your mind on the word light, making this event so extraordinary is available and accessible for anyone who is sincerely interested in doing. This master of Wales, but of Indian origin, shows that the lighting is going on in mass as the only possible answer to the suffering and sense of separation. A short

AVAS will be present in Italy with a series of meetings in Milan, Turin and Bergamo and a retreat later this month on Lake Garda.

Here is a brief excerpt of an interview that AVAS has released to coincide with the release of the series of Laris Advaita Vedanta, which will soon author.

Question - "What is Truth? Many people seem to have achieved the" truth ", but often they say something very different ... there is a truth?

AVAS - What Truth never changes is all that exists is in a state of constant change, nothing is ever the same twice, but this is where everything changes, in itself, immutable. What is Truth is immutable. The human experience is capable to know the existence of the change because the One, who experiences life through and in the human form, is if unchanged, is the Lord himself.

You can not reach you the truth and this truth, what is unchangeable, the Eternal. Truth, therefore, not the other way, ready to be reached. You do not need a change in time to see what one is always already what you was looking for.

she who is experiencing this creation called life, that its action is occurring, it is always the same. This one is immutable and therefore it is the Truth.

Question - My mind speaks constantly judging everything that case, comparing and so on. I tried various types of practices and meditations to stop the mind, but beyond the short moments of silence I could not silence her. What can I do? Lighting the mind is always silent?

AVAS - Want a quiet mind comes from the mind, memory, arises from the intuition that silence is what is more natural.

We know intuitively that this silence is due to our childhood memory of a time where we saw the world through silent eyes without judgments, without a feeling of being separated from what was seen. Sometimes there was me and What a sight, just the one.

This memory, which triggers the desire to be silent, be silent himself, comes from the fact that intuitively we know that silence is where the mind, in our early years, he retired, after having done the work that was required at the time. The silence is what we intuitively know to be.

The mind is an instrument of our true nature, but because of the condition has been led to believe to be the master. When the mind recognizes again that which precedes it, then it happily obedient. It therefore appears only when the prevailing circumstances require it to become active and then, again, returns idle silence that is the source.

All meditations taught and then learned, are mind are based on memory, with the intention on the part of the mind to be in control of the activity that silence is the mind. E 'for this reason they require effort, which then takes the deliberate activation of the mind. Meditation intentional, that is the desire to stop the activities of the mind, comes from the mind, comes from the non-acceptance of what it is. Too

focus on the mind, as if it were a problem, leads to being in trouble with that activity which is known as mind. The mind goes to

rest when it is recognized that this is prior to the action of what we call mind.

Question-What 's acceptance?

AVAS-acceptance and surrender, a surrender of the mind that seeks to develop a way to get to not mind.

This certainly can not be done by the mind itself, if it is the mind that seeks to surrender the mind, this again will be an action of the mind. When acceptance happens is the mind has seen its limits and recognizes this as a fact. The limit is different for each of us. Sometimes the yield happens suddenly, perhaps intuition is most predominant other times a bit happening 'at a time in a longer period, but when it happens just happens, it is not something one can do and no one can plan prepared earlier.

If you are a someone who gives up, then there is the desire to have a result, which clearly is a bargain not to surrender. When there is surrender, there is no one who makes it is an action of conscience. "

Pain In Lower Back Chills Sore Throat

What is the ego

Perhaps the word ego is one of the most used and abused words in the spiritual. Often used without really dwell on what it really means.

In this excerpt from the book "No more confusion" Ramesh Balsekar-the great Indian sage who died recently in Mumbai, describes precisely what the ego, which is a concept with which consciousness itself identifies.

The ego is therefore not an entity that has to die, but only activity in the conscience, idea. In reality, what we are is what is observed and therefore this concept is already totally free from it.

L 'Infamous EGO

There is nothing but Consciousness. To its original state, Consciousness - Reality or God, the Absolute, the Void, as you call it - is not aware. Consciousness at rest is not aware of itself. Become aware of its existence only when it rises suddenly thought "I am". This "I Am" is the impersonal sense of being aware, it is the moment when consciousness becomes conscience at rest in motion, ie when the potential energy becomes manifest. But it's not two separate things. The manifest does not emanate from the potential energy. There is only Consciousness. And consciousness itself to create the illusion of the world-appearance and ego, to perceive the illusion of diversity in what is, in truth, it is pure Oneness. It seems difficult to understand how the universe could exist in infinite Consciousness since that should transcend it. In truth there is nothing outside of consciousness, because consciousness or God can not be anything but immanent in all things that seem to exist. However, there can be no relationship between consciousness and phenomenal event, given that a relationship exists only between two different entities. In this sense, consciousness transcends the manifest universe. The universe exists in Consciousness in power as there are waves that rise from the waters of a calm sea.
manifest everything in the universe is the product of consciousness, and when you live in the illusion where the event appears to be "real", and after the realization of Truth. We are not, and have never been, but a product of consciousness. It would perhaps be easier to "understand" the truth if we could conceive that there never was a "we" and that everything that exists, and has always existed, it is only Consciousness or God, more or less consciously, we believe to be sentient beings, and then separated from the event, "we" are the subject and the rest of the show is the 'object'.
In fact, this "we", manifest as a phenomenon, is an integral part of the manifested universe. We believe to be separate entities because we become aware of the universe through the apparent quality of the judgments of our cognitive faculties. This "assessment" is an aspect of consciousness itself, which is why we can not free ourselves from the concept manifested by the appearance of being separated. As soon as we realize that we are not separate entities, but Consciousness itself with quality of feedback that serves as means for the event, the illusion of separation (which is the cause of suffering and limitation) vanishes. At this point there is the intuitive understanding that since we are not posters, we are the noumenon, and as we manifest appearance (not separated any more than it is the substance of the form of gold jewelry). The event stems from Non-Manifesto and, in due course, will build it again. As individuals, human beings are irrelevant, illusory figures on a stage of the dream we call "life."

Do You Wash Pecans After Shelling?

L 'I, who died there

"Who am I?" Here's the question that Ramana Maharshi-one of Popular Indian guru of the last century, suggested to arise.

A question that was not intended to have an objective response, but to show how In researching this I what we discover is that it is not something tangible, but the observer of the application blank.

"I" is so pure Consciousness.

Here's an excerpt from the book "Who cares" where Ramesh speaks of the ego and the invitation of Ramana.

The self-analysis - Who am I?

RAMESH - Many people ask me if Ramana Maharshi had the basics. Of course I had, for example the question:
"Who am I?". As Ramana Maharshi spoke in Tamil, is not even right translate his question with "Who am I?" but "Who is this me?" or (this is my interpretation) "There is this I?".

When we come to the conclusion that no action is really 'our', the intellect is no longer of this question, but rather arises spontaneously from the depths of being. If we do not do or to act, who is this 'I'? Is there really? Who is this 'I' that occupies so much space in our lives? Ramana Maharshi often posed this question. If the intellect is to ask the question, will also respond, then it will create doubts and give other responses that will create further doubts, and so on. It is a situation similar to that of a dog chasing its tail.

When, through personal experience, it is concluded that no action is really 'our', the intellect ceases to ask questions and the response arises from the depths of our being, namely the Source or God's Will God that demand arises and that is God's will if you are listening and reflecting on these concepts. It is still God's will if you try to practice the analysis of your actions.

We therefore hope that, by the will of God, the response arises: "There has never been an 'I' as the author of the individual. " If you never been the author of your actions, nor the others have never been the authors of their actions.

If you still have doubts, given the fundamental principle in mind: nothing happens that is not God's will and all doubts will dissolve.

Simple Human Soap Dispenser Instructions

Ramesh Balsekar

E 'died a few days makes his home in Mumbai Balsekar Ramesh, one of the greatest Indian sages of this century, as few in the West helped lead the thought of Advaita.
His humility, grace and clarity remain in the hearts of those who knew him and leave a priceless legacy for all humanity.

shortly come out with Laris
his book "Peace and harmony in daily life."
remember him, meanwhile, with this interview.

Madhukar ─ I've already said that Osho claimed to be able to use their minds at will, as a tool, because after lighting it had become the master. In your book 'The Conscience speaks,' I read the thoughts that come from outside. The emergence of thoughts is an impersonal event?

Ramesh ─ Yes, that can not be impersonal. No one can stop the occurrence of a thought, because thoughts are not born by the mind-body, but from the outside, from Consciousness. The brain reacts to a mindset based on their genetic and cultural programming. It is the ego that customize and create 'my' thought, 'my' idea or 'my' action. A thought is an impersonal external stimulus, which was followed by a reaction of brain cells. In this case, 'who' may be the master of the mind?

Madhukar ─ Yesterday we talked about the researcher. Now you can talk about the research?

Ramesh ─ All research takes place following a very impersonal process, which starts at the moment the baby will find intuitively the mother's breast. Life is nothing but a continuous research, whatever the object of research.

Madhukar ─ And the spiritual quest?

Ramesh ─ The spiritual quest begins with an 'I' who thinks of trying something and ends with the annihilation of the researcher. It is a process that starts and ends with the identification of 'illusion and, for a particular body-mind organism, can reach the summit through the complete dissolution of the ego. The search begins, proceeds, and ends, according to the Will the Source. It is very important to understand that the ego does not destroy itself, but is cleared by Consciousness.

Madhukar ─ During meditation, I often happen to be in conflict with my ego. At first, the emergence of unwanted thoughts makes me restless, then I am judging myself because I condemn and fight these thoughts, instead of accepting them as they are.

Ramesh ─ The ego is nourished by its own dynamic opposition against him. Subtracting nourishment to the ego, it becomes weak, and their understanding grows. For this reason, I recommend accepting the ego, and not to fight it. Many people have difficulty accepting one's own ego, because most books and teachers say that the ego is the main problem that you have to destroy it. My concept, but it's not to fight but to accept it. Why? Why do not you created. The Source has created the ego, and the source itself is about to destroy it.

Madhukar ─ mbra If that is the first step when beginning to become researchers - and the search begins. In my case, and 'was the experience of satori with Osh o.

Yes Ramesh ─ The process of search starts with an individual who believes that we can achieve enlightenment through their own efforts and various spiritual practices.

Madhukar ─ At this point, not only the researcher wishes to enlightenment, but it almost feels is his right: "Will I get the lighting, because I am working with perseverance." I myself have believed it possible to force the lighting. [Laughing]

Ramesh ─ effort and spiritual discipline can go on for years until the research process - the disentificazione-reaches the stage where the researcher realized that the lighting can be done but not done. In practice it comes to intellectual understanding that there is nothing but consciousness, and there is no individual author of the shares. But if this understanding is through a full insight into the heart, only depend on the will of God

Madhukar ─ mean that at some point, the researcher realizes it can not affect in any way the outcome of their research ?

Ramesh ─ Of course! Successful research depends only on the will of God, and the fate of the organism body-mind. 'No' becomes illuminated, and the lighting takes place in a body-mind organism, thanks to the understanding that there is only sensed in the heart Consciousness.

Madhukar ─ Then the researcher should know when approaching the finish line? There are signs and symptoms by which we can understand that we are reaching the end of our journey?

─ Ramesh is a good question. There is a penultimate stage, which precedes the final realization. If you ask me what are the signs of being near or on the threshold of enlightenment, I would say that that is the stage where, with detachment from any outcome, one wonders: "Lighting? Does it matter? It does not matter. " At this point, the lighting can occur at any time.

Madhukar ─ How do you know that we are coming to this stadium, which came shortly before enlightenment?

Ramesh ─ You'll know you are on the right if, in the life of every day, you'll discover more tolerant of others' actions. In fact, if there are no actions 'your', how can you condemn the actions of others? In this way, life becomes simpler, because now devoid of pride, of the proceedings, hatred and envy. Reached this stage, know that your understanding of teaching has gone deeper.

The series aims to gather the most important voices in the world of Advaita suggesting contemporary Western authors in particular next to the items most reliable East.

The choice of authors is based on the intention to provide easy access to texts of Western culture, where communication of the message of non-duality is through the language of today and not by that of the classical Indian tradition. The fact

contemporary spirituality that speaks more English and Sanskrit, although many the authors have drawn on the eastern approach to the wisdom of their share is fully in line with the modern reality of Western life. Advaita approach is strictly non-religious and non-philosophy that has captured the attention of onlookers not always related to the traditional spiritual reality. Advaita does not offer techniques or methods, but shows how the Truth, the Divine, the self is already and always our true nature and how to overcome the illusion of ego does not go through any process of transformation or purification, but only recognized directly as unreal and nonexistent.

So not only longtime meditators and researchers found themselves confronted with these masters, but also people who might otherwise have never seen a vision of life and themselves an alternative to the usual. E 'to this particular target group to which the series intends to address.
