Healing in the truth of what we

Question-Before going into the contents of libvro am very interested to hear the person IUU, Chuck Hillig (though there are many fans who say that Advaita No one there). In the "world del'Advaita" we learn that everything is perfect it is ... here and now. There are many stop right by teachers of advaita that say "Stop! Do not change Do not look for happiness! odve remains six." What do you think?

Chuck: Well, just because everything is perfect, does not mean that things do not seem to change gear. Who you really are, of course, does not change and can never change. Who do you think you are, however (as well as what you do not think you are) seem to change a lot. But life unfolds from a perfect moment to another ... and yet, incredibly, every little micro-seconds is too perfect. Do you understand yourself the instant give up your ideas of "perfect". You see, without that idea of perfection, perfection is like now things are exactly. While all the times that cover what is with your idea of perfection, this sovraimposizione create a tension and friction feed your persistent illusion of separation. Beautidine and happiness are your own nature, there is no reason to go out and look for something that you already have (and six). Remember though, that even though each moment is perfect, it is said to be comfortable. The body will seek pleasure and avoid pain automaticamemte. But it does not mean that whatever happens to you it will be perfect for what is presesnte here and now. Life is as it is because, in every single moment, can not simply be in any other way.

therapy is to find the courage to be who you are already ".

Question: So why deal with family and marital relations? Is there any separation between the person and the 'be' the void? There are differences in the stadiums in which people need treatment and which do not have?

Chuck: Our deeper relationship can be a gold chalice or cauldron of iron. We are all cooked in a melodrama made by ourselves until we become softer and malleabii. Marriage is an opportunity to deepen our compassion, love and forgiveness. Since our wedding is a reflection of who we are, the guru is appearing to us as the Beloved. In our neurotic need to dominate and control the other (all based on fear), often do not appreciate the gifts that our most important relationships we bring, we should really learn to honor and respect their contribution to our own development. Your wife is like it is because of the way you are. And just like in school, you do not always like what you learn. Remember, none of this, no matter how crazy life can be, is happening to you. In each case, therapy is not about feeling "better." The treatment concerns the tell the truth. This is to hear whatever you're feeling and find the courage to be who you already.

short: a good therapist helps you to grow and create better dreams. A Satguru, however, helps you wake up and stop dreaming.

Question: Although this interview about your books peremttemi to return to what you said before. You said that the therapy say about the poverty. But I think the truth is the realm of what we really are and not what we think we esesre. The truth we find in the Satsang is the same truth that you find in Therapy?

Chuck: Well, the only Laver (with a capital) that really is real absolute truth, and will not change anything because it can not ever change. And 'what it is. The absolute truth as truth manifests itself as on the Great Illusion. When we begin to tell the story of "what is". The truth depends on remembering the past or imagine a future. It shows only in a dualistic world of opposites, stratification, values (eg. Ethics) and of course the five senses. In particular, the truth actually arises when there is a point of view (such as an "Observer" notes that a "noted"), an absolute truth, on the other hand, has an opposite simply because it is unable to adopt a single point of view about anything. Or, more accurately, you could say that the Absolute maintains all veit the possible points of view, because, ultimately, the Absolute truth is only "as is".

When we speak from the heart with truth in this micro-moment of now, then we are talking direattamente (and) "what is". On the other hand, when we move from the present moment of Now, in the past or the future, start talking in relative terms because the truth is now described in terms of ego.

Customers are able to heal in the therapy when they find the courage to fully embrace the absolute poverty on themselves .... warts and all ... in this single moment, now. "
